1. Introduction

These Terms of Service are applicable regarding the use of and services provided by Website, subdomains, and services are the property of Salvatara Crowd ., based in . These terms explain how the Crowd Growing site works in relation to the rights and obligations of the parties involved. The Terms of Service, as well as any instructions, directions and similar information contained on the website (including temporary information) are part of the User’s Agreement of the Crowd Growers Service (the “Agreement”). BY USING THE WEBSITE AND/OR SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE AND/OR SERVICE.

1.1 Definitions

The “Agreement” is the acceptance of the Salvatara Crowd Terms of Service. The Salvatara Crowd website, located at, subdomains of, applications, and/or services provided by shall be called the “Site” in these Terms of Service. A person and/or entity using the Site under these Terms of Service shall be called the “User”.

1.2 Parties of the agreement

Salvatara Crowd and the User are parties to this Agreement. The owner of the legal relationship with the User is Salvatara Crowd ., which owns the rights and obligations related to the Site.

2. Changes in terms of service


Salvatara Crowd . reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, change, modify, add or delete provisions of these Terms of Service at any time. Users must check these terms for changes occasionally without any additional notifications. The current version of these terms is available at By using the Site after updates to the Terms have been published, the User accepts and agrees to these changes. Only if the User agrees and abides by these terms shall Salvatara Crowd provide the User with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

3. Registration


Salvatara Crowd Site is intended exclusively for users over 18 or 21 years of age. Any access or use of the Site by persons under the age of 18 or 21 is strictly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm and justify that you are over 18 or 21 years old.


Registration requires personal information, a valid email address (which will be used as a username and as a method of user identification) for your account on the website (“Account”) and password (“Password”).


Salvatara Crowd may request the provision of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and/or financial information of the User for KYC (Know Your Customer) and/or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures. Salvatara Crowd reserves the right to impose restrictions on the User’s Account, depending on the information provided.


The User must ensure that all information stored by Salvatara Crowd and related to the User is true, complete, not misleading, and relevant.


In the event a User is unable to access his/her account, Salvatara Crowd may ask the User to provide certain types of data, including Personal Identifiable Information, to verify the User’s rights to the account. Such methods for verification of the User may include, but is not limited to: the provision of the User’s identity card; proof of residence; confirmation of a phone number/email address and identifiable activity on the Site, such as transactions/order numbers, amounts, etc.


Salvatara Crowd . provides growing management services to the User through partners and experts working on appropriate territories, which meet all the required technical and climatic requirements, including the required licenses. The specific conditions applicable to each program are published on the Site and in these Terms of Service.


All contracts offered to Users are published on the Site. The prices and specifications of contracts may change at any time without prior notice to the User.


Salvatara Crowd . composes and offers these contracts though


Technically, a User’s order is a request for a contract with Salvatara Crowd and is not considered an Agreement until the order is paid for and confirmed by Salvatara Crowd. Before that stage, the order is considered to be pending, and Salvatara Crowd reserves the right to decline the payment.


The User’s order will be confirmed via email. The confirmation will contain the estimated date of the contract, which will also be displayed in the account on the Site. A confirmed date of the contract will follow in the second email. The User understands that Salvatara Crowd cannot estimate the contract’s date until a confirmation date is received from Salvatara Crowd’s relevant partners.




4. Orders / Payments


Order Time Frame: When placing orders for plants and cultivation management services, be advised that the services and plants are provided by our licensed cultivation partners. Orders placed for plants and services by the User on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are planted on Friday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday are planted on Tuesday.


Payment for Orders: Acceptance of the User’s order depends on payment through the Site. Acceptable forms of payment for the order are as follows: wire transfer (WISE,  BE89 9672 6685 8985), cryptocurrencies (coinpayments) or creditcard. The exchange rates for ETH, USDT and BTC are provided by coinpayments. By making a payment, you agree with the established exchange rate and the fact that the exchange rate of cryptocurrencies is fixed for 1 hour only, and might change later, depending on the actual value.


Consent by Click: By clicking on the “Place order” button at the end of the order process, the User consents to these Terms of Service, and any terms and conditions provided by the Site.


Orders: The submission of an order is a request for a contract and is subject to approval by Salvatara Crowd. The order is not considered a contract until payment has been made and approval has been given. Upon the acceptance of the order, an email confirmation providing the details pertaining to the order will be sent to the email address provided by the User. No contract exists until a confirmation email is sent. Before confirmation, the application is considered to be pending. Salvatara Crowd reserves the right to decline payment and deny the application. Salvatara Crowd will not be considered bound by a contract for the order until an email confirmation is sent to the User.


Purchase Reference Number: The confirmation email contains a unique purchase reference number. This reference number must be used in any subsequent correspondence with Salvatara Crowd.


Duplicate Revenue: Sales revenue from harvests and sales through Partners will be paid to the Users immediately upon receipt and clearance in Salvatara Crowd’s account. To have the possibility to duplicate revenue or for additional revenue, the User must create a new order in accordance with these terms and the rules of the Site.


Salvatara Crowd Guarantees it will do everything within its power to ensure that the farmer’s income will be paid and funds are delivered to the User’s account as quickly as possible. Sales revenue is conditional on the successful harvest and sale of plants. The minimum number of grams as provided in the four examples will be guaranteed by the farm owners’ own plants. Salvatara Crowd and growers partially cover the risks, including an unsatisfactory harvest with the planted reserve plants grown through a separate arrangement between the Partner and the Company. The partners will provide this guarantee with their own crops. If a plant does not produce the minimum or number of grams as given in the four examples, the farm owner will compensate this with his own crops. Salvatara Crowd already sold the crop to another party. This means, with the minimum or fixed number of grams and the guaranteed sale price, the Crowd Grower has a minimum return payment higher than the purchase price of the plant(s). A client can always sell the plant(s) back to Salvatara Crowd before the expiry date of the agreement as provided with the sale of the product. The client will receive his purchase price back minus the harvest payment(s) he has already received.


Age Restriction: Orders made by any person under the age of 18 or 21 years will not be accepted by Salvatara Crowd and will be terminated.

5. Obligations


The User hereby agrees to comply with all applicable laws and rules of these Terms of Service and all rules related to the use of the Website and the Service.


Users agree not to misinform anybody or otherwise misrepresent oneself in any relation to Salvatara Crowd.


Users shall not abuse any campaigns, discounts, referral bonuses and/or referral systems provided by Salvatara Crowd and/or its partners.


Users shall not use or allow the use of any solutions to hide the User’s internet traffic and IP addresses, including but not limited to proxy servers, Tor and VPN.


It is strictly prohibited to use or exploit errors or bugs in the design of the Website, the Service and/or all and any of their parts, functions that have not been documented, and/or software errors, for commercial/personal gain or as a means to violate and/or destabilize the Service and/or Website. If such an error is encountered accidently, the User should report it to support:


Salvatara Crowd provides Users with a limited license for personal access and use of this Website/Application, but not to download (other than caching pages) or change any part of the Website without our written consent. This license does not include resale or commercial use of this Website/Application or its contents; any collection or use of any product lists, descriptions or prices; any derivative use of this Website/Application or its contents; downloading or copying account information in the interests of another seller; or any use of data, robots or similar data collection and extraction tools.


This Website/Application or any part thereof (including but not limited to any copyrighted materials, trademarks or other confidential information) cannot be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, distributed or otherwise used for any commercial purposes without the written consent of Salvatara Crowd and/or written consent of Salvatara Crowd partners.


Users are not allowed to create or use any cropping methods to attach any trademarks, logos or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layouts or forms) belonging to Salvatara Crowd or Salvatara Crowd affiliates without explicit written consent of Salvatara Crowd. Users are not allowed to employ meta tags or any other hidden text with the names, trademarks or logos of Salvatara Crowd or Salvatara Crowd affiliates without written consent. Any unauthorized use will immediately invalidate the license granted by Salvatara Crowd and Salvatara Crowd’s affiliates to the User.


Users are not allowed to use the Salvatara Crowd logo or other graphic images or trademarks as part of the link without written consent of Salvatara Crowd and Salvatara Crowd affiliates, if applicable.

6. Privacy Policy


This Policy (together with the Terms of Use of our Website and any other documents referred to herein) establishes the basis on which Salvatara Crowd will process any personal information Salvatara Crowd receives from a User or that a User provides to Salvatara Crowd.


Transparency and providing accessible information to our Users about how we use your personal data is a key element of the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Customer Complaints

“Support” or “Support Service” stands for Salvatara Crowd’s technical support service, which is provided through email and the Telegram channels available in the Salvatara Crowd knowledge base/FAQ section at, where Users can find answers to common questions and request help by submitting a ticket.

8. Languages

The website ( as well as the General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in the ENGLISH language and have been translated into Dutch, German, French, Polish, Chinese, Russian, Spanish and Arabic. If there is a difference between these foreign versions of the website ( and General Terms and Conditions, and the English version, the English version will prevail. All translations are generated with AI.

All terms used on the website (, including the General Terms and Conditions, are subject to US and Polish law.
